The Vancouver Peak Oil (VPO) organization supplies expert speakers on the local and global impacts of energy shortages, peak oil, sustainable economics, food, and ecology. Speakers are professional planners, scientists, researchers, and award-winning authors. We can address civic and corporate planning, sector-by-sector analysis, and adaptation strategies. We offer team presentations for planning community or corporate transitions to the era of scarce, expensive energy, the post-oil era that looms ahead. If you have specific requests, we can draw on top professional colleagues to address a wide range of specific planning topics.

Peak oil, sustainable economies, stressed commodity supply chains, and global climate change will impact every community and business over the next decades. Are you prepared?

Travel or accommodation costs as required are charged in addition to appearance fees.

Weekend retreats, intensive workshops, special research arranged upon request.

A portion of these fees provides support for the research and communications work of VPOE.
